What file format do you need my design in?
If you can please send us a jpg or pdf of your design. If your idea hasn’t been fully digitised (or you don’t know how to do that) that’s totally fine, we can do that for you
What is your turnaround time?
Every job we do is unique and this means that prices and turnaround times can vary depending on how much work is involved. Basic engravings can take a few working days, complex engravings can take up to one week. Please contact us for a specific turnaround time on your work.
How much does engraving cost?
How long is a piece of string? It totally depends on the design and size of your specific engraving. Almost every single engraving we do is unique and one-of-a-kind so prices will always vary. Please contact us for a trade price list or for bespoke one-offs please get in touch so we can discuss your requirements.
Can I post to you?
Yes, we accept work via post and we also post jobs to customers on a daily basis via insured and tracked postage.
